The Office of Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi has successfully concluded the 2026 Free JAMB Registration Program for students across the Mbaike Federal Constituency, reaffirming his continued commitment to expanding access to higher education.

Since the initiative began in 2022, the program has served as a vital educational support platform for young people in the constituency, removing financial barriers that often prevent many talented students from registering for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination.

This year, the program recorded another significant milestone as 841 students were successfully registered, giving them the opportunity to pursue admission into tertiary institutions across Nigeria.

Speaking on the completion of the exercise, Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi emphasized that education remains one of the most powerful tools for community development and youth empowerment.

According to him, the initiative is part of a broader commitment to invest in the future of Mbaike by supporting young people who aspire to advance academically but face financial constraints.

“Education opens doors to opportunity. Through this program, we are ensuring that no determined student in Mbaike is denied the chance to pursue higher education because of registration costs,” he stated.

The registration exercise was conducted in an organized and transparent manner, with students from various communities within the constituency benefiting from the initiative.

Parents, guardians, and community leaders have commended the effort, describing it as a transformative intervention that continues to positively impact families and the educational development of the constituency.

As the registered candidates prepare for the upcoming Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), Hon. Amadi encouraged them to remain focused on their studies and strive for excellence.

The Free JAMB Registration Program remains one of several educational and youth empowerment initiatives championed by the lawmaker to support human capital development in Mbaike.
