Hon. Engr. Akarachi Etinosa Tosan Amadi, Member representing Mbaitoli\/Ikeduru Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives<\/strong>, has been honoured with the prestigious 2025 Legislator of the Year Award<\/strong> by Champion Newspapers Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award was presented during the 2025 Champion Newspapers Annual Awards Ceremony<\/strong>, held on Saturday at Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos<\/strong>, where distinguished individuals and institutions were recognized for their contributions to national development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hon. Amadi has continued to emerge as one of the rising figures in Nigerian politics. Known for his energetic leadership style and strong grassroots connection, he has built a reputation for combining effective legislative work with impactful constituency programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the organizers, the recognition was in appreciation of his remarkable legislative performance and people-centered leadership<\/strong> since assuming office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Observers within the political space have also pointed to his role as Chairman of the House Committee on Oceans and Fisheries<\/strong>, noting that his work in the committee and on the floor of the House has further strengthened his profile as a focused and effective legislator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond his legislative contributions in Abuja, Hon. Amadi has remained deeply engaged with his constituents in Mbaitoli and Ikeduru<\/strong>, where he has implemented several initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
